The Final “No Kings” Protest
Another “no kings” protest by the rabble rouser industrial complex today. It reminded me of what the final no kings protest will look like:
Revelation 20:6-10 — “Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”
The original rabble rouser will be at it one last time, ending in his doom.
Would it not be better to be on the side of the King who wins?
This is the King who said, “Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-30).
He is now offering salvation to all freely by His grace through faith in His shed blood for our sins and is “able to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him”, (Hebrews 7:25).
He is also longsuffering but not forever suffering. Mankind’s rebellion will not be allowed to continue for eternity. It will end and Satan will himself be utterly destroyed.
Don’t be on his side. God loves you and Christ died for your sins, rose from the dead and is forever living.
He will reign forever and it will be glorious. Choose Him. Believe and be saved, on the winning side.
